Civilians are killed in every war…no getting around it. Do you honestly believe we knowingly targeted a wedding party with nothing but civilians with a $600,000 cruise missle knowing there was no military benefit??? Tell me the last time a country fired a cruise missile and blew up a wedding party on U.S. soil?  Different people fight different ways.  Remember WWII?  The Japanese pilots suicide bombed.  I can’t spell this but KOMICASZY.  People fight different.  One guy fights with words, another with his fist, another with a knife, another with a gun and people like the AMERICAN Timothy McVie blow up children.  A soldier jumps on a grenade to save his friends.  He knows he will die.  He is a hero to us.  Maybe they think when someone walks in with a bomb strapped to them and know they will die, but want to save their friends from what they see as danger.  Maybe that is a hero to them.  We may not understand it, but we aren’t from their culture.  The Boston Tea Party was a terrorist attack.  Many times U.S. Troops raided Indian Villages and slaughtered innocents.  Even mentally handicap little Indian girls.  The hands of America is just as bloody as anyone else’s hands.

We as Americans dont fly airliners into civilian populated areas to target civilians for killing nor do we blow up restaurants and trains with civilians as our targets. Since Gitmo and ending the war in Iraq has become the top focus-what happened to the campaign promise that the economy would be top priority? That that would be the top focus on day one? Is this an example of lip service? After all, actions speak louder than words.

When you are dealing with a group of people willing to strap bombs on their own women and children in the hopes of killing one American, they have to be dealt with differently than a common criminal.
