movie rental company says it will kick some coins toward customers
who were affected by an outage at the company's Web site. Netflix
says it will provide a five-percent credit on the monthly bills of
customers affected by the Monday outage. Netflix won't say how many
customers are affected or how much the refunds will end up costing
it. Monday's outage knocked out the Netflix Web site for about
eleven hours. It was the second-longest disruption since Netflix
launched its service nine years ago.
