Wesley Locklair says his whole world has been changed by one video tape. The first-time father, along with his wife, used a very thorough application process when they decided to find a nanny for their 5 month old daughter. They interviewed, checked references, even performed criminal background checks. Their decision of 60-year-old Cheryl White seemed to be a good one. Locklair says the new nanny seemed sweet, almost grandmotherly towards the child when they were around. But, when the parents left it was a different scene. After seeing a report about nanny abuse on CNN last week, Locklair decided to set up a secret camera in his own home just to be safe. It only took one day's worth of taping for these parents to be shocked. Cheryl White can be seen shaking the baby in the air, jerking her around by her limbs, and tightly gripping the babies face. Locklair says he has turned the video over to police. White is facing child neglect charges.
