President planning to ask Saudi Arabia for more oil. More Oil, Please

President Bush says when he meets Saudi
Arabia's King Abdullah later this week, he'll bring up the effect
that high oil prices are having on the U.S. and global economies.
Bush tells CBS News radio that the demand for oil is so high
relative to supply that there's "just not a lot of excess
capacity."
When Bush last met with the king in January, they also talked
about high oil prices.
Bush also tells CBS that he will not issue a specific appeal to
the public to ease up on driving and not use as much fuel.
The president says that while he is a "big supporter" of
energy conservation, "the market has a way of convincing people to
drive less, depending on their ability to afford."

Of course not,It’s not in his or his family’s best financial interest to encourage conservation. They win which ever way it goes,if people were to use half as much gas they would simply double the price of a gallon, which is starting to happen now,and make an even larger profit, half the product for twice the price. There needs to be some way to break the hold the oil companies have on the consumers. My self and the wife are bicycling more and driving less and enjoying it more and getting healthier I hope.

Sorry, But I don’t think he has ever heard of energy conservation.
