It is a well known fact that people who abuse animals, go on to more violent crimes. This is the tip of the iceberg. Should have thrown himself over instead, and done us all a favor.

A depressed person that chooses to harms others instead of themselves is BAD NEWS. His mother is lucky she wasn’t on the balcony, I bet he would have thrown her, too.

oh really you think if he throws a defenseless animal off a balcony he would hesistate to throw a person.  most serial killers start with animal abuse. i just hope they put him in a jail cell with buba or better yet if he was so depressed why didnt he just jump save the tax payers some money.

At least he did not go on a shooting spree and kill people.  It could have been worse.  He did not kill his ex wife.  He did not rob a bank or molest a child.  He did something wrong but, all dogs go to heaven.
