He most likely will get his med bills and compensation for lost time without too much trouble. I’ve seen a case here recently with walmart and a person injured in the store and I didn’t even think it was wal-mart’s fault and it was settled without too much of a hassel.

They should at least pay the medical bills and time off work. I don’t think he should more than that. i fell in a pothole at a gas pump when i stepped out of truck. My dad told them the week before they were going to get sued over it. All we asked for were medical bills and time off work since I was laid up for 2 weeks. People try to get greedy and try to get too much.

I can’t see him having a case, he was in an outdoor garden center. Wal-Mart is not responsible for wildlife issues. Don’t get me wrong, I KNOW it’s America, home of the free, the brave, and frivolous lawsuits. You can sue anyone for almost ANYTHING, with the right lawyer. For the most part, I can’t see a judge rewarding him much, beyond his medical bills.

Rosepetal the clip I saw from wal-mart was here on this site and you could hardly tell it was a man. They must have had a top of the line model to compare with NASA’s. this was the one of the man stalking a woman in wal-mart and spraying something on her that burned. I don’t think wal-mart is near as bad as Disney World. Some have told me if you try to sue Disney World your going to end up in jail and then rode out of town! they say they’re one of the toughest to sue of any they’ve seen. But I can understand why!

Well, he could have brought the snake in and had it bite him, like the people who found the finger in the Wendy’s chili.

It’s amazing what people will do for a buck, especially with the economy the way it is….

How can this guy not have a case? A rattlesnake bit him in a store. What grounds could Walmart have to stand on?

carl, i saw a special on tv where walmarts security cameras were compared to nasa. so i doubt the tape showed on tv you saw was a original. i heard walmart will spend more fighting a lawsuit than settling one.  they have to , can you imagine the phony lawsuits.

Then the man has nothing to worry about if they are still using the same cameras as they took those pictures of that fugitive in Wal-Mart with. You couldn’t tell if it was man or beast.

KxVx , not with walmart, very few people win they fight it tooth and nail. you bet as we post they are reviewing video tapes.
