Wisconsin high school sports fans. A proposed rule would bar bare
or painted chests from indoor sporting events. The recommendation
comes from a committee of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic
Association. One official of the group notes students can't go
class shirtless, so they shouldn't be able go to games that way,
either. But 15-year-old Steve Gering doesn't agree. He'll be a
sophomore at Wausau East High next fall. While he has never
considering going to a game shirtless, Steve says a handful wild
fans make the games more exciting.

That’s kinda funny, Kids are not allowed to drink beer at school, but yet most high schools serve beer at the games. I think the world is going to hell in a hand-basket. Just piss em all off, then they will not go to the games, and probably find better things to do. LIKE SMOKE CRACK, OR ROB STORES, OR KILL SOMEONE! Let the kids enjoy themselves, they only gonna be kids for so long.
