ELSA, Texas (AP) - It's a guarantee of a hot Valentine's Day --chocolate-covered jalapeno peppers. The owner
of Berry Delicious, a candy shop in South Texas, says it's a way to
add some spice to your romance. Yvonne Sandoval starts with the hot
peppers grown in the Rio Grande Valley, coats them in milk
chocolate and adds a white chocolate drizzle. She says her
chocolate jalapenos also look pretty. Demand is so high for her new
hot treat, Sandoval says she'll offer them year-around.
