NEW YORK (AP) - A man who police say stabbed a woman to death in
a Manhattan supermarket has been arrested in Florida.
New York police say 42-year-old James Gonzalez was arrested
Monday in Miami after the television show "America's Most Wanted"
received a tip.
Gonzalez is accused of stabbing 24-year-old Tina Negron to death
and injuring another woman in February.
Police say Gonzalez and the dead woman had worked at the Key
Foods store. But they haven't offered a motive for the stabbings.
New York police are on their way to Miami to take custody of
Gonzalez, who lived in the Bronx.
There's no telephone listing for Gonzalez in the Bronx. And
attorney information for him isn't available.
