White House The White House has joined social networking sites like Facebook.

CYBERSPACE (AP) - The White House has joined the popular social network sites of Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. The Executive
Mansion's Web site now has links to the features on its main page.

The sites contain information about swine flu and will be updated with information on other topics as time goes by. A White House
official says the Obama administration won't be able to reply individually to people who send messages through the sites. But he
says people who join can speak to each other and those thoughts can, in turn, be shared with the White House.

Could the whole purpose of Biden and Gibbs be to make Obama look better by comparison? I mean those two take the cake and then Obama comes out and sounds almost sane even though his message never compares to his actions.

What kind of arrogant, conceded, egotistical, megalomaniac of a President would put himself on tape, I mean on facebook or tweeter while in off ice? At lest Gerald Ford’s feet were more quordinated than Joe Biden tongue. He can’t open his mouth without tripping on it, and can you see Gibbs as Pres. Nixon’s press secretary?

Well, I wouldn’t go his facebook page and say that, but you make a good point. lol

Not sure I much care for a media star president. In the past 100 days he has been on TV at least 200 times! I would rather he quietly go about the business of the country and quit telling the rest of the world what a bad country this is.

lol…i agree BamaBob. i think the president needs to calm down, stop trying to be so cool, and just be the leader of the free world. he is so busy trying to appeal to younger people, he SHOULD be spending his energy elsewhere…like on wars, the economy…should i go on? lol
