FAA, NTSB to investigate crash that killed 2 men, 2 women shortly after takeoff from Walker County Airport Four Die In N. Alabama Plane Crash

JASPER, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say two men and two women are
dead in a small plane crash in Walker County.
Walker County Sheriff John Mark Tirey confirms the plane crashed
shortly after take-off from the county airport at 7:55 a.m. Sunday.
He says the victims' families have not yet been notified.
The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation
Safety Board have investigators on the way to the scene.
