Five of New York’s bravest were seriously hurt after two fire trucks collided in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village late Saturday afternoon (11/22). The trucks were both responding to the same fire alarm at a building in the area when they struck around 6:30 P-M.
Seven other firefighters were also hurt but have minor injuries.
The others hurt are expected to pull through.
No other vehicles were involved. The cause is under investigation.
