WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - Charges will probably be dismissed against the suburban New York City mother who ordered her bickering
daughters out of her car and drove off without them.

White Plains City Judge Eric Press on Thursday adjourned the child-endangerment case against 45-year-old Madlyn Primoff.

The judge has agreed to dismiss the charge if Primoff stays out of trouble for six months.

Primoff said after her court appearance that "clearly I made a mistake."

She was arrested last month after a passer-by found her 10-year-old daughter upset on a White Plains street. Primoff also
has a 12-year-old daughter.

Primoff's lawyer says she drove around the block expecting to pick the girls up but couldn't find them.

Oh ok…missed that part…sorry…

We wasn’t just “talking”...that’s why we were on the phone was because they were fighting…lol….sorry.

Have a good weekend!

krickket, usually so nice? I was nice, I said you were a good mother. And I tell people all the time not to phone and drive (just to talk); what did I say wrong. Confused look on my face.

Okay, you left that part out of the story, so understood, mainly as you say, he was a boyfriend and didn’t know what to do. That still makes even better sense.
And what does: “that coming from me” mean, Am I missing something, I am a firm believer in correct parent power.  don’t mean that ugly, lol

And I don’t mean any of that being ugly smile

Ouch Barefoot….that…coming from you?
You are usually so nice. smile

Get real, we all do it… including you once in your life.

If you must know… he called me because they wouldn’t stop fighting….and it was so crazy he didn’t really know how to handle situation because he was only my boyfriend and didn’t want to overstep his boundary….I applaud him for that.

It worked….ENOUGH SAID.

Good plan, only problem, should not have been talking on the phone while driving. Otherwise, good mother.

Ive done it….they were in the car with my boyfriend about 6 cars ahead of me and he and I were talking on the phone while they were fighting and ying yanging the entire time…so after he repeatedly told them to stop I finally had enough I told him to stop at the animal clinic (which was open) and put them out and that I was right behind him and would pick them up. We planned the whole thing. I never lost a visual on them the entire time (although THEY never knew I was there) I saw him put them out, and he pulled off and about 30 seconds passed and I pulled in,they were just standing there with this look of “OMG what have we done” on their faces…and when they got in my car….and I told them that if they could not behave when asked repeatedly…..that we would do it again and this time I may not be there to pick them up. All was silent on the way home.

Judge me,lock me up, call me bad mother whatever, if the military can train our soldiers w/consequences like this,

Why cant we?

That is what my mom would have done to us. But now days you have to watch what you do to your children people call DHR just for whipping a child. Yes I do think there is a difference between whipping your child and beating them. But it blows my mind how some people jump into others business when they are just being a parent not being a best friend!!!!

I would have whipped their butts and then put them back in the car, dared them to start again. I could have stopped to whip them every time they wanted to fight or argue, someone would have gotten tired, bet it would have not been me.

And I say “AMEN” to being the parent and boss. No wonder kids don’t respect things now a days, they don’t respect their parent and respect starts at home.
