reception in Dallas after allegedly giving the crew a hard time
about using his cell phone.
Officials say that when the man refused to get off his cell
phone during the flight, Southwest officials summoned police, who
met the jet at Love Field. Southwest spokeswoman Brandy King says
flight attendants had repeatedly asked the man to get off the phone
while airborne.
Police say Joe David Jones of Austin, was cited for disorderly
conduct.
The call apparently involved cardiac care for Jones' critically
ill father. A business associate says the nature of the call was
life and death.
The Federal Aviation Administration bars use of mobile phones
when planes are flying due to concerns about interference with
navigation systems.

As I originally said it’s a load of crap, however, you still don’t go aboard a airplane, and not abide by the rules. I’m really surprised that he wasn’t greeted with guns and tanks. In todays world, a airport is the last place you wanna find yourself causing a scene. They don’t really have a sense of humor there anymore, and personally, I can’t blame them. It’s for everyones good.
