Thanks-I was really surprised it was so far into town-that is a very populated area. I live out Howell’s Ferry close to the lake and I was really expecting it to be out this way, but that was a shocker. I hope they do relocate it, so that it doesn’t get hurt, by people, traffic, etc or so that it doesn’t hurt someone or their pet.

RMSEEK1234, It’s the woodwd area between Morganthau dr. and moffett road.Morganthau dr. is on your right on Howells ferry after leaving moffett. I talked to Lister,the fellow in the video clip, and he said some neighbors said a fellow had felt sorry for the bears and had been feeding them . I don’t know if this is good or not.It’s good for the bears to have food but I worry about them losing their fear of people,and that could turn out bad for people and bears. They need to be relocated for the safety of the neighborhood and the bears. If they find food they will be back.

Does anyone know anything about the bear and her cub that were sited on Howell’s Ferry Road Wednesday or Thursday? I heard about it on the radio, but have not heard anything else. Would like to know where on Howell’s Ferry, etc. Thanks.
