A story out of St. Anthony, Idaho is sure to leave people angry, frustrated,
confused and even saddened. It involves a 10-year-old child who police say was
raped by an illegal immigrant and who just gave birth to a child.

The 10-year-old girl gave birth at Madison Memorial Hospital this past
weekend, making her one of the youngest children in the United States to
become a mother.

Police say 37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, who is an illegal
immigrant, is behind bars in the Fremont County Jail on other rape charges.

The criminal complaint filed against Gutierrez-Juarez says the rape of the
girl happened between November and January.

As for the little girl and her little baby, not much information is known
other than they are doing well physically.

Other questions being raised are what happens to Gutierrez-Juarez? He could
spend the rest of his life in prison, receive a huge fine, or both. He could
also be placed on probation and deported.

So far, city, county and state officials are not commenting about this case.

Good point! This guy could get the death sentence in this country tomorrow and he would automatically have a private cell for the next 20-25 years. He would probably eat, sleep and exercise better than he ever has all at tax payer expense.

we agree on something carl,there is no punishment for the crime that has been comitted that is lawfull,that is whats wrong in our modern society,we only threaten punishment,we would not want to offend there rights.

If he is truly the monster who fathered that baby with that child, there is no punishment good enough for him.

Yes they do,But if you pay them to keep them locked up once we deport them for such crimes,it’s a whole different story! Money and greed would keep them there,and besides it would be much cheaper on the American tax-payers to keep them in a Mexican prison than one of our own. It could be worked out between the two governments,verification inspectors and such.

This critter has raped more than once and age makes no difference to him. Work out a deal with the Mexican government to deport and keep him in a Mexican jail for the rest of his life,not a plush american jail.
