A story out of St. Anthony, Idaho is sure to leave people angry, frustrated,
confused and even saddened. It involves a 10-year-old child who police say was
raped by an illegal immigrant and who just gave birth to a child.

The 10-year-old girl gave birth at Madison Memorial Hospital this past
weekend, making her one of the youngest children in the United States to
become a mother.

Police say 37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, who is an illegal
immigrant, is behind bars in the Fremont County Jail on other rape charges.

The criminal complaint filed against Gutierrez-Juarez says the rape of the
girl happened between November and January.

As for the little girl and her little baby, not much information is known
other than they are doing well physically.

Other questions being raised are what happens to Gutierrez-Juarez? He could
spend the rest of his life in prison, receive a huge fine, or both. He could
also be placed on probation and deported.

So far, city, county and state officials are not commenting about this case.

This is what the death penalty should be used for more than anything else IMO. We need to kill anyone that crosses the border illegally. Set up sniper towers every 650 yards with mine fields and shoot them as they try to cross. Believe me...they would stop trying after a short time.

Now...if Mexico was Iran...and Iranians were entering our country like that...you bet you sweet #@# that they would be killed on the spot by our military...it would not be tolerated.

It’s Idaho’s call, good people.
All the State of Idaho needs to do with this hombre is give him due process under Idaho Law, which isn’t lenient. But when it comes time to remand him to the state prison in Boise, have all the inmates assemble in the yard, announce the fellow’s name and clearly describe his offense to the gentlemen assembled there—then pass him through the fences. Justice will then be served, I do believe.

Or be merciful, sort of; turn him loose in the Sawtooth Mountains next spring, conveniently close to a Grizzly Bear den. They come out hungry, hate the smell of people, climb trees well, and run faster than any man. If he isn’t their first breakfast, he’ll certainly be lost a loooonng time in a huge, steep, deep wilderness.

Krickkett , the child is innocent, plenty of people will gladly adopt that baby. i see where her parents are coming from. ethel waters was the result of a rape. to kill the rapist oh yeah. no i feel for sure the baby was adopted out. i just hope they bring the idiot to justice and that the little girl gets all the help she needs.

ASDA that sheriff we were talking about in Phoenix,Arizona that was treating his prisoners so bad, and I said I wish we had one like that and he wouldn’t last long.I saw today his governor and other politicians were canceling his contract and with drawing all funding.The people lose again! The sheriff’s name is Joe Arpaio.

YEP! we need a heck of a lot more sheriffs like that and put suffering back into punishment. Now it’s like a dirty word to say punishment and suffering in the same sentence. I sure would like to see mobile county’s sheriff start a camp like that,after a year or two I bet the crime rate would plummet to record lows. Nothing brings out the desire to do better any better than hard labor and suffering the punishment for the crime.

I say we do to him what the Mexicans would do to an American if the tables were turned. KILL HIM ON THE SPOT!!! You honestly think if the tables were turned, that they would just deport one of us ??? NOT HARDLY, put him in prison, and loose him in the system, or forget to feed him.

Hey Carl I saw that story too. The whole time I was thinking that would be great here in Alabama. He said that it only cost him 70 cents a day to feed each prisioner. They get two meals a day and one of them is a sandwich. He said by only providing one cooked meal a day it saved about $200,000 a year. I would elect him anyday. I say screw the crooks they should not have broken the law make them pay. We have the nicest prisions in the world, it is almost a joke. If our prisions were more like Mexico I bet people would think twice about committing a crime. And the standard of not subjecting them to cruel and unusual punishment should be the punishments of the time.

Now that sheriff out in one of western states had a good idea on how to treat prisoners like this. He has or had them living in tents out in the desert,no air conditioning and a simple cot and hard labor. When they get their meals they don’t have to worry about heating them up since the temps get in the triple digit range in that area. Don’t you just wish we had more like him. But he probably won’t last long,the politicians are after him now and say this is cruel and unusual punishment and he won’t be able to fend them off forever. Hang in there sheriff for as long as you can,we’re in bad need for some heroes on the home front.
