Mobile County voters also voted in favor of incentives for the new ThyssenKrupp plant.
Just over 74% of voters approved the County to take 70 Million dollars from the "Pay As You Go" Road and Bridge Fund.
That money will be used to pay incentives to the German Steelmaker.
County Commissioner Steve Nodine has said using Money from the Pay-As-You Go Program would not affect any future projects concertaing roads and bridges.

For 8,588 74.07%
Against 3,006 25.93%
