Air Force officials will have to explain to a Senate subcomittee about why they chose Northrop Grumman and EADS to build a new fleet of tankers instead of Boeing. Yesterday, Boeing filed a formal protest about the decision with the Government Accountability Office. Boeing says the contest wasn't a fair one because the Air Force changed the rules during the competition. News 5 will have more on this story and what it means throughout the day here on WKRG.com.
