“This is the best of all options,” said Shelby. “It is important to remember that out of Boeing’s 111 complaints, the GAO concurred with a mere seven. The plan the Department of Defense has come up with is an appropriate solution to remedy the minor procedural flaws the GAO found in the initial award. rmseek1234 , boeing knows they have stolen this contract. our reps. know it, i admire eads to even try to win it. they bid fair and square they learned a lesson of the land of the free. i am very angry with the ones who get paid to represent the state of alabama, because they sat back and let boeing steal this contract. they may have had to let them have their protest, but to stand there and say whats going on now is the right thing to do is crazy. there were only 7 errors the geo found fault with. gee this is bad.
