The free AIDT training, which is part of the Alabama two-year college system, is held weeknights in Mobile. It may be expanded to include daytime and weekend hours.
Operation positions at the steel mill will pay up to $25 per hour. Industrial maintenance jobs will pay up to $30 per hour.
