Opponents of Mobile Mayor Sam Jones' annexation plan are one step closer to filing a lawsuit challenging the voting lines. A group of residents and business owners, who say they were excluded from the vote in Theodore and Tillmans Corner, has hired an attorney. Tonight, they will meet to discuss the next step.
