My god du, that is horrible!  What a heartbreaking story.  I’m so sorry for your loss.  My thoughts are with you and I hope you and your family can find some peace.

Good job. I’m proud of the work done by the Sheriff’s Department and their detective’s, my family will feel somewhat safer, as they continue to find the evil that was involved in the murder of my sister. If you are not familar with the case just type in Donna Slater and see the awful thing that took place on a person that hardly left her home due to her handicap. These people invaded her home because she sought assistance as a divorced handicapped Mother and one of the employees brought a convicted felon into her home and took one of the most precious persons of the earth. These killers should have never crossed her doorway. She was a wonderful Mother, Daughter and my only Sister.Shame on all those involved. I will do my best to never let them forget what they have done to my family, her friends and the community. Donna touched the lives of many people and never took, she always gave. I love you Sis and this is one more step in “Turning it Up” to bring this evil to justice.

Why was she charged in the first place?  Did one of the guys in jail pull her into this nightmare?

She wasn’t there, she has been released. I know the family and I have spoken to Nancy.

she looks like a crack head to me,I wouldn’t trust her any further than I could throw a bulldozer.I don’t care who did the actual stabbing,if she went with these men knowing that they were planning to commit a crime like this then she is just as guilty as they are.if found guilty then as bamabob said,FRY HER A@@

This about the woman trusting her more to come in the home than the guy’s.

That is a good point. I did not think about that one.

My bet is that one of the two already charged gave up this woman’s name.  I would also venture to guess that the victim was probably much more willing to let the woman into her house.

I can almost guarantee that she knew what kind of people she was associating herself with. She has been charged with this crime so there obviously was enough evidence to do so. Does that mean she was the one doing the actual stabbing. No. But that does mean that she probably does have some hand in this crime. Whether it be driving the car that left the scene or just not reporting to the police what she knew before the charges. It is very unlikely that this woman is just an innocent bystander.
