JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Jackson residents can wear their pants any
way they want to.
The city council voted 4-2 against a plan Tuesday that would
have made it unlawful for people to wear pants below the waistline
exposing their underwear.
The council members who voted against the saggy pants ban said
it likely was unconstitutional.
But Mayor Frank Melton, who joined the council meeting via
telephone from Texas, said he will issue an executive order
instituting the dress code.
Councilman Kenneth Stokes sponsored the saggy pants ordinance.
He said many of the young men who wear saggy pants also get in
trouble at school or with police.
While many of the other council members agreed that saggy pants
are undesirable, most said the ordinance likely would violate the
U.S. Constitution.

VIOLATOR. That’s hilarious. I am making that into a spam email!!!!!!

Yes, but they are more covered than a woman in a low cut shirt or bikini, yet no one is up in arms about these articles of clothing.

But it’s ok, the way the law is written, you can wear your pants blow your waist, as long as you don’t WEAR underwear. Only exposing the underwear is illegal.

Which would you rather your children see?

It’s not an issue of what clothes you can wear. It’s an issue about HOW you wear your clothes. Everyone has a fundamental right to not expose themselves or their children to another persons BUTT and underwear. Underwear is a garment that is designed to wear UNDER the clothes. This is nothing but indecency and trying to get attention. Like Larry the Cable Guy said, He saw a thug with his pants hanging down to his knees and quickly realized that a Rapper must have been killed and they were honoring him by flying their pants at half mast.

Don’t you guys understand that you’re giving up your FREEDOM if you allow the GOVERNMENT to decide what CLOTHES you can wear?

Why don’t you care?

Pirate at heart that is really funny a man love.I will have to remember that the next time I see someone wearing saggy pants.I never thought about it that way.I want to jerk their pants up when I see someone with saggy pants.I hope this law will pass every State & Country.SAY NO TO SAGGY PANTS!

warrior, I was asking because one should never say ‘the bible says…..’ they should always give a book, chapter and verse to back up what the Bible says.

I Thessalonians 5:21 “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”

the bfa

warrior, you missed my last question.

Yes, you need to say more, like where in the Bible it says that.

The bible says that in the last days, it shall be as it was in the days of Sodom and Gommorah.

Sodom = Butt pirate
Gomorah = harlot

Need I say more ? When I see baggy pants, I figure they are advertising for Satan.

let’s get the pants back up and the butt cover up.i’m for the law changing cann’t wate to see it happen.
