
"No Dogs" sign this week.
The ban comes after the city's board of aldermen were told of a
problem of more poop than scoop by people and their pets taking
walks on the bridge.
City leaders say they are not sure how they will enforce the ban
on Biloxi walkers and pets.
Officials are working on a creating a dog park for the city so
animals can have a place to run and play with their owners.
A 2004 city ordinance requires pet owners to clean up after
their animals in place since 2004.
Biloxi officials say they have not had any complaints about dog
waste on the bridge.
