Naked Man With A Shotgun Attacks A Woman

Mississippi Shotgun D'Iberville police say "this is a very dangerous person” and they want him off the streets as soon as possible.

D'Iberville police are looking for a naked man who attacked a woman.

According to Police Chief Wayne Payne, the woman was walking to her car after a day of sunning at the river in an area known as “The Cliff.” . She noticed a man hiding behind a tree. As she walked past, he jumped out. The only thing he was wearing was a camouflage mask. he was also carrying a shotgun or rifle.

The naked man told her to stop and she took off running. He caught up with her and knocked her to the ground. She managed to fight off the attack and escape. The naked man was last seen running through the woods.

The victim and witnesses describe the nude man as 6'00", 250 pounds, with a “pot belly”.

“This is a very dangerous person,” said Chief Payne. "We want him off the streets as soon as possible."

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call D’Iberville Police at 228.396.4252.
