Some neighbors in Jackson County, Mississippi spent the day getting ready for the possibility of even more flooding. The Jackson County Emergency Management Director says they can't handle much more rain. More than a hundred homes, some businesses and a number of streets were flooded just from last weekend's severe weather. We talked with one man whose neighborhood flooded, now he's hoping it doesn't get worse, "now we're just hoping that the air conditioning unit, and the barn, and all my tools, and all that don't go under water, the house is going to be okay. We prepared for this when we built it," said Greg Fleming. The Jackson County Emergency Management director says he has a shelter on standby if it's needed. He says they're asking neighbors to be careful, and watch the weather and the water. To report flooding, you can call the EMA at (228) 769-3012.
