Mississippi Murder Gerald Lander charged with the Monday night murder of Randy Wilson

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - A Franklin Creek community man has been
charged with murder for the shooting death of his uncle.
Jackson County Sheriff Mike Byrd says Gerald Derrick Lander was
arrested shortly after authorities arrived at the scene of the
shooting in the Franklin Creek community on Monday night.
Byrd says Randy Wilson died at the scene of a gunshot wound in
the abdomen.
Byrd says an argument took place between the two men, leading to
the shooting.
Lander was released Tuesday on a bond of $50,000. A court date
is pending.

It is sad when anyone is killed, but this guy may have saved someone elses life in the future by doing this. Carjackers are usually violent and unstable people.

I am sure his parents are the ones who bailed him out of jail as he was (or is) living with them, they’ve been bailing him out for years.

Randy Wilson was just recently released from prison (attempted car jacking) about two weeks ago, he was supposed to be released next year but got out on good behavior..Uh huh!

Word from friends say Mr Wilson was drunk and was beating Mrs Shirley Lander (accused murderers mother and sister to Mr Wilson) and Mr Lander shot Mr Wilson…But who knows!
