I would be banned if I said what I REALLY think about anyone who would harm a child. 4thekids-you are correct in blaming the SYSTEM for allowing people like to this walk and be repeat offenders-but how is it different,from the SYSTEM allowing other repeaters to walk and maim,kill, or completely mess someones life up in the long run? The other guy you seem to have an issue with had 7 arrests in 5 years, including DV charges within the last month. He just put himself in a position to save our tax dollars. Maybe,this one will too. If not by LE, then a parent of a victim.
