Mississippi Schools  Chevron has donated more than $1
million to 16 school districts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - Chevron has donated more than $1
million to 16 school districts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Chevron General Manager Roland Kell says the grants to public
school districts in Harrison, Hancock and Jackson counties in the
final phase of the company's $18 million Energy for Learning
campaign.
The program was launched in 2006 to support education needs in
areas hurricanes Katrina and Rita affected.
Each of the South Mississippi school districts received checks
for $105,122 yesterday (Tuesday).

Aww how sweet, ONE MILLION DOLLARS. What is that to Chevron? oh like its probably much like…one of “us” dropping a penny to the ground and deciding its easier to leave it rather than pick it up.
