Man Charged With Molestation

Mississippi Molestation An Ocean Springs man is charged with molesting a child.

The Jackson County, Mississippi Sheriff's Office says Arnold Lewis Clark has been charged with molesting and touching for lustful purposes. Clark, who lives in Ocean Springs was arrested on February 2. The alleged victim was described by authorities as pre-pubescent.

upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or be committed to the custody of the State Department of Corrections not less than two (2) years nor more than fifteen (15) years, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court

UNFORTUNATELY HE’LL PROBABLY GET THE MINIMUM AND BE OUT IN TWO YEARS! They usually only give maximum sentences for drug related crimes.
