A Mississippi teenager is hit and left for dead on the side of the interstate. Gulfport Police say 19-year-old Theresa Posey of Biloxi was killed Sunday morning by a hit and run driver after her car broke down on the side of I-10 Westbound. Now, she leaves behind a grieving family and fiance. We talked with Posey's mother who had this message for the person responsible for taking her daughter's life, " how could you be so heartless not to stop and see about my baby? How could you be so heartless? I know you know you hit her. You could have stopped and called the ambulance, maybe she would have lived, maybe not," said the victim's mother, Vanessa Posey. Gulfport Police say they have arrested Anthony Randall of Petal, Mississippi for Posey's death. Randall is charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
