Kids seem to think or have the mentality that we get another life like in their video games.  Kids have no respect for human life and many are paying the ultimate price for the ignorance of todays youth.  Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.

It is a sad world that we live in that a 16 and 17 year old (17 yr old was already a convicted felon) would take the life of a man in a parking lot of a hotel.  I have been reading up on this story this morning on wlox.com which is the local station for Biloxi and it is heart breaking to hear what a fine family man, officer, and military servant Mr. Gaston was.  What is even more heartbreaking is that his life was taken so traggically and needlessly.  I know this kind of thing happens every day all over the U.S. but it does not make it any less traggic.  The 2 punks his killed this man should be put in front of a firing squad of his fellow officers and Air Force Reserve buddies.  Unless we take a stand and start making examples out of these young punks the violence and death at the hands of teenagers is only going to continue to climb out of control.  I have said it before and I will say it again, “Kids do not REALIZE how final DEATH really is.”  (cont.)
