Mississippi Murder UPDATED Video tape from a concerned neighbor's home camcorder helped lead police to two suspects in the beating death of an elderly Gulf Coast man.

Biloxi police have charged Jeremy Radau and Megan Kinberger with capital murder in the beating death of Charles Pickell, 74. Both suspects are being held in the Harrison County jail without bond.

Monday 5:45 p.m.Biloxi police are closing in on two suspects in the beating death of an elderly Gulf Coast man.

Charles Pickell, 74, was found dead Saturday afternoon in his home in the Beauvoir Manor apartment complex off Stennis Drive.

A neighbor, who doesn't want to be identified, heard pounding on Pickell's door early Saturday morning and noticed two strangers outside the apartment.

He confronted the strangers, but was told by Pickell himself that everything was okay. Still uneasy about the situation, the neighbor used a video camera to record the pair leaving the apartment.

"There's been some other stuff happening out here, so I just left it (the camera) set up by my window there," said the neighbor. "I just picked it up and started recording."

Investigators identified Jeremy Radau and Megan Kinberger as the suspects on the tape. Both were arrested Saturday afternoon and are locked up on an unrelated burglary charge from Gulfport.

Captain Darrin Peterson of the Biloxi Police Department says he expects to charge the pair with Pickell's murder soon. Peterson says crime scene investigators, who returned to the scene Monday, are still looking for a motive.

1justice: You are the idiot! They do not have a full confession from these people. I don’t know where you heard this from but the only confession they got was them taking alchol from the bar the girls mother managed.She used her mothers keys to the bar to get in and took some alcohol.They are still queationing family and friends even after they were charged. I was told the only evidence they could have found in his car was the pills they got from this guy. The man sold his narcotics that were prescribe to him.The girl like to take pills and was intoduced to him from a teenage friend. If there was real evidence like some people have rumored to say and post on their blogs then Gulfport would not have been willing to let the owner of the car get it. Biloxi just came and impounded it first.

I know these people and don’t believe they are the one who killed this man. Listening to all the stories here something does not add up.They were at that man’s house to get some pills because he was sick but didn’t take the pills he sold them out. The witness said he saw them at 7.45 am and said he called the man later on to see if he was ok.He said he was fine. The girls mother ran a bar and she used her mothers keys to go in the bar to get some liquor after it was closed at 8.am and this was caught on serveillence. Gulfport police were waiting for them at the girls mom’s house where they were taken into custody at 9am. The one who looks most guilty is this so called witness. It could have been anyone since this old man sold his narcotics that were prescribed to him. But this witness said he had talked to this guy after they left.
