Officer Derrick Welton stopped a Ford F-150 truck near the Franklin Creek exit of I-10 for having a cracked front windshield and improper tag, according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office. The driver 39-year old Juan Antonia Chavarria of Diboll Texas allowed authorities to search his vehicle. While searching the vehicle Officer Welton and his K-9 partner discovered 28 pounds of Marijuana inside a spare tire underneath the truck.

Chavarria has been charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Authorities believe Chavarria intended to distribute the drug. If convicted he faces 30 years in prison and $1 million in fines.

What an idiot, I hope the Sheriffs are the ones who cut that tire, and he wasn’t dumb enough to carry the pot like that. Most drug dealers would break the tire down, insert the Marijuana, and re-air the tire. IF YOU PLAY<YOU PAY!
