A morning mess in Biloxi injures a truck driver and clogs traffic for hours. A truck carrying several buckets of stucco overturned at the intersection of I-110 and Beach Boulevard this morning, 08/29/2009. A Biloxi police on the scene says the vehicle was travelling toward highway 90 too fast and overturned. The driver sustained what are described as minor injuries. The accident happened at about 5:30 this morning. Traffic was re-routed near the Beau Rivage for several hours while the buckets, stucco and truck were removed from the road.

Again, an ignorant moron unable to follow traffic laws, turns over his brick truck while speeding and causes many drivers long delays while city workers take their Saturday and spend hours cleaning up his mess.  How much money did the city spend in the aftermath of this genius.  Did he even get a ticket?
