

I think WKRG should force Tiffany, Jessica and Jene’ to get up early and join this exercise club every morning, 7 days a week!
Don’t much care if they need it or not…..
Yeah, I need to get more fruit and raw veggies in my diet and actually do more than walk from the TV to the couch on weekends. Failing health kind of changed my activity levels and now it is hard to get back into a decent physical routine.
Time for me to make some changes for sure…...

Bamabob - you are so funny! I understand what you are saying. Most people including myself fail to stick to those difficult New Years resolutions that include both diet and excercise. I gave up making those pointless resolutions, however I thought what a good time just to make some minor tweaks in my lifesyle. Instead of saying I am on any diet - I simply change my portion size and add fruits and raw vegetables which in turn give a fuller feeling. A suggestion for those of you who are cutting back or on a diet - try using a saucer for every meal and no refills. You will see the weight come off. Add some physical activity and see results.

I always like to kick back and watch these exercise type challenges. Usually grab a bag of buttered popcorn and, or a pint of Blue Bell then exercise my eyeballs by moving them up and down to the rhythm.
