Talking about weight!Man,I can walk by a buffet and gain 5 pounds.I stay away from sweets and still can’t lose.If I lose one pound then next week I’ll gain two!I’ve got about 20 to 25 pounds I need to rid myself of.I’m a little over 6’ and weigh right at 230.I think it would be much better for me at around 200 or 205,lofty goals anyway.Kesshia doesn’t look to weigh as much in person as she does on camera.Must be true that the camera adds 5 to 10 pounds.

I agree. The only time weight should be an issue is if it is causing health concerns. The fact that she is at least putting in the effort to eat healthier so that she can be healthier is better than any number on a scale. I have quite the opposite issue with me weight and health. My metabolism works very fast. I am very petite in frame, but even though I am smaller in height my weight is still below average for my height and age. I have tried numerous things to put on healthy weight, but none has worked for me. I know a lot of people get aggravated when someone says they have this problem and think there should be no issue with it, but in all reality, my doctor has told me that it is going to be way harder for me to put on some pounds than it would be for someone to loose some. As the others have said, Keisha, you look great without loosing the weight, but we all understand wanting to eat healthier and get in shape. Which is totally different than someone trying to diet, just to fit in to certain outfits. Keep up the good work. Just because your figure has not changed does not mean that you are not accomplishing your goal. Your goal is to eat healthy and stay healthy. So stay on that track and you will be fine. smile

keisha you are not fat at all. i’d rather see a girl w/ curves than a girl who is so skinny she looses weight in her nose. yes it can happen bcuz i have seen it.

haven’t they been doing this since january?? she doesn’t look like she has lost any weight. but, at least she is trying. doing alot better than me. maybe the trainer isn’t that good.

By all means, hang in there for your health’s sake but you LOOK fine just the way you are.
