Mobile's Mardi Gras is busy rolling in to its final weekend. Several parades blanketed downtown mobile with beads and good cheer today. First up was annual Floral Parade. Hundreds of people packed downtown mobile to check out this year's colorful floats and try to get a piece of the carnival goodies. The Floral Parade was quickly followed by parades from the Knights of Mobile and Order of Angels. Both had impressive float displays. The friendship of Mardi Gras brings people here from all across the country.“Well we started coming down here to see my aunt and she showed us what the Mardi Gras was and we love it, every year we come and we've been here for 20 years, 25 years,” says Marie from Detroit. It was a great day for the parades too. Comfortable temperatures and sunny skies contributed to some large crowds today.
