PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. (AP) - Pass Christian will get $25 million in Hurricane Katrina recovery funds to expand the citys harbor, which was destroyed by the 2005 storm and damaged again by Hurricane Gustav. Gov. Haley Barbour made the announcement Thursday. Barbour says the money will come from the states community block grant funds. Barbour says he expects HUD to approve the $25 million in about two weeks, and for work to begin on those harbor improvements soon afterward.
