A Milton mother accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16 year old boy is out of jail.The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office says Angela Leavitt posted her $10,000 bond Tuesday afternoon. A judge reduced her bond on Monday. She does have to meet certain terms while she is out.
She must wear a GPS ankle bracelet that tracks here every move. Leavitt cannot have any contact with the 16 year old boy. She must stay away from drugs and alcohol and undergo weekly drug tests. Leavitt is also not allowed to have a firearm or have any contact with minors.
Leavitt was arrested June 10th at Pensacola Regional Airport. She's accused of having sex with her 16-year-old boyfriend at least three times. According to text messages, she wanted to have his baby.
Leavitt's husband has custody of their children. Her boyfriend, who was found June 9th at the Greyhound bus station in Pensacola, is back with his parents.
Leavitt and the 16-year-old has been missing since June 3rd. Deputies say the two quit their jobs the same day and then ran away together.
