Veterans Day Observances

Veterans Battleship Park There are several events scheduled throughout our area in honor of Veterans Day.

Several events are planned today to honor our Nation's veterans.

At 10am, Mobile's annual Veterans Day parade will roll through Downtown Mobile. The parade will include several Veterans Organizations, bands and America's Junior Miss, Nora Ali.

At noon, the annual Veterans Day Honors Luncheon will begin at Fort Whiting Armory. The Veteran of the Year will be honored.

At 3pm, the Young Americans for Freedom Celebration gets underway at the Aircraft Pavilion at Battleship Park. The day will wrap up with a patriotic concert presented by the Mobile Pops Band. The concert begins at 7pm at the Battleship Park Aircraft Pavilion.
