Three people have been killed in motorcycle accidents in Mobile County in the past two days.
Police say 20 year old Barret Dungan of Irvington was killed Monday when his motorcycle collided with a utility truck on Highway 188 and Lloyd Road in Bayou La Batre.
Two of the deadly crashes happened on Schillinger Road in west Mobile.
Authorities say 37 year old John Wigley of Semmes was killed in a four car accident Monday morning just south of Moffett Road.
On Sunday, Alabama State Troopers say James Crane was killed on Schillinger Road when a car turned in front of his motorcycle.

Yes the other 2 were riding sport bikes. James had also been through safety courses. But what do you do when a 82 year old woman turns in front you.

barret would never go over 100mph. he was all for safty on the road and knew what he was doing. just because its a sports bike doesnt mean anything. he always said people need to slow down because motorcycles are dangerous and you should ride it if you know what your doing. he also wanted more motorcycle education to prevent accidents. supposibly the truck pulled in front of him when barret was trying to pass him… so instead of bashing barret and other motorcycle drivers why dont you see if the truck driver was ever aware that barret was there before he turned in front of him.

RIP barret

Most riders age 40 and older have been through at least one motorcycle safty course. And all of the motorcycles you previewed were sport bikes riden by those under 25. Maybe you should talk to some of us that are over 40 and don’t think that it is cool to ride over 100mph.
