MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Three 17-year-olds from Montgomery have
been charged with defacing the Confederate monument on the Capitol
grounds in Montgomery.
State Public Safety Director Chris Murphy says each of the three
juveniles has been charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
That's a felony that carries a penalty of one to 10 years in
prison.
Capitol Police officers discovered last month that the hands and
faces of statues on the monument had been painted with black paint.
Black graffiti was also scrawled on the monument.

I think it’s a joke when the media has such reservations when it comes to pointing out the obvious. If a crime has been committed why should color have anything to do with it? Better yet let’s take a trip down to the jailhouse and find out just how much color of what race takes up the largest amount of space in jail every month that way it will be fair and truthful, because this day and time the only unfairness, is dished out to the whites but nobody wants to say it well I will a fact is a fact like it or not.
