The Mobile County Sheriff’s has arrested a Theordore teenager for rape, sex abuse and incest.
Deputies arrested Allan Irving Tuesday at his home. They say the 16-year-old sexually abused a juvenile for several years. But that's all the Sheriff's Office is saying at this time.
Even though he's a juvenile, Irving is being charged as an adult. All three charges are felonies.

This is a horrible thing that has happened not only to this person but to their friends and family as well. God bless them all and give them strength to deal with this life altering event. I would like to say that i disagree with this 16 year old boys picture being broadcasted across internet, news, and newspapers. On the slim chance that the alligations turned out to be false, this would ruin him and his family. Not to mention he is still a juevenile. Looks like another way for John Tyson and his crew to get on TV again. God bless the victim and keep them safe!!

This is such a sad story. The victim will have to live the rest of her life with the scars inflicted by him. People who know the family will know exactly to whom the article refers. That will inflict new scars. It will take years some of the scars to heal and some will never heal.

This story really makes me sick and it points to a serious failure in our new fast paced society. I have no idea what the ultimate answer is, but the reins need to be pulled in on these kids.

It sure is depressing to see a young person throw away a potentially good life.These things have always been with us but now with the increased coverage of the new media of the country,we now know about it if it happens on the west coast.It sure is depressing ,but with increased information flow comes things we don’t like to see or hear,but i think better informed people make better people.This reminds me of looking back into your family tree,now that can really get your attention.Sort of reminds me of one of my favorite movies"THE GOOD,THE BAD,AND THE UGLY”.

The “incest” thing kind of gives us a hint of what was going on with this situation. How it went on for years is the big question.
