Sex Teacher Sentenced

Sex Teacher A Clarke County Teacher accused of sex crimes with students gets prison and probation.

Sharon Rutherford admitted to having sex with some of her students at Coffeeville High School.. just not the underage ones!

In October, she was convicted of enticing two students for sex under the age of 16.

For that conviction, she will serve 3 years in prison and 5 years probation. She must also pay a fine and stay away from the students involved.

Cedric Cummings is one of Rutherford's former students. He's now 21 and explained why their affair ended. "We were going together or whatever. Then after a long period of time she wanted me to kill her husband. I didn't wanna murder the man or nothing like that. I didn't wanna kill nobody so we just separated after that. Then, she got with 8 more of my friends."

Rutherford is facing more time for reportedly trying to get a student to kill her husband. The solicitation for murder charge is expected to be settled in March.

An appeal has already been filed in the case so the former teacher is out on bond.

Rutherford's husband has filed for divorce and lives in East Alabama. He has joint custody of their two daughters.

Seems like everyone wants to copy Mary Kay Leturno, I believe that is spelled right when she had the affair with Villy. This stupid lady had a husband, why would she want to go with the students, was he not giving her what she wanted, those kids were old enough to be her children.
Seems like these days people are losing their minds, I do not know if they had a conversation with Satan or what.

But please by all means, she needs Jesus, I know that he sits on the throne and actually cries for these crazy people because he died for their sins and they are too ignorant to realize that he is coming back and where are they going, straight to Hell.
I just do not understand, I agree with the other commenter that we should indeed HOMESCHOOL ur children, because it is too bad for the kids to even go to school and get an education because either they are molested, raped or something and that is just downright sorry in a person that will take a child you know. I am angry.

Every problem in society today can be linked back to some teacher somewhere!! When are the people gonna learn that the indoctrination theses liberal union minded individuals subject our children too is fatal to thier learning curve? Homeschool them!!! Public school teachers are awful!! Keep on accepting these local Govt. handouts they give, like public education and see where society ends up. People are so very blind to what’s going on.
