Baldwin County District Attorney Judy Newcomb says 19 year old Patrick Ballard is facing two murder charges. Ballard is accused of hitting and killing Archie Clemons, Jr. of Spanish Fort and William Imle of Daphne yesterday morning. The two men were riding their bikes on Bromley Road off Highway 31 in Stapleton. Alabama State Troopers say Ballard didn't negotiate a curve, hit the men and was thrown from his vehicle.
