Search Suspended For Children’s Bodies

Mobile County Sheriff Sam Cochran and other agencies say the search has been suspended for four children who were reportedly thrown off ther Dauphin Island Bridge by their father, Lam Luong. Fog has rolled in and visibility is poor for search crews.

Captain Paul Stewart with the Mobile County Sheriff's Flotilla says the search will resume in the morning. If weather conditions are bad, searchers will concentrate on combing land areas near Highway 193 and near the Dauphin Island Bridge.

Fog is in the forecast for the area tonight. Rain is in the forecast for Thursday.

Witnessing a crime without immediate report to me is as guilty as the criminal because we as Americans should be Good Samaritans. If someone witnessed a victim thrown into the water their responsibility would be to try to rescue or if they couldn’t swim get another person or rescue team & police involved within seconds. If I had been fishing that morn at Cedar Point & witnessed this I would have called 911 & dove in the water for these Angels of God.

I have been keeping up with this story & heard that there were witnessess. If there were a witness, why didn’t that person call authorities at the moment or jump in to rescue or both instead of letting so much time pass by for children to drown. I am very disturbed by this. I am sure that Jesus was there in the air for their spirits to go to heaven. To me children are Gods angels.
