Search crews concentrated on the shores of the Bayou La Batre area and west to Moss Point, Mississippi.
Sheriff Sam Cochran says dogs were used in the search today. Sheriff Cochran says the dogs alerted the locations where 3 year old Ryan Pham and his baby brother Danny Luong were found over the weekend.
Today's search was 60% on land, but boats and air-crafts still looking in the waters off Dauphin Island.
Sheriff Cochran says that the shores of Dauphin Island are also still being searched everyday.
Sonar equipment was not used in the search at this time. The sonar will not be helpful if the children's remains have washed closer to shore or in the marshy areas off the coast.
Despite the cold weather, 125 people took part in today's search. Three new crews helped for the fist time today: Escambia County Search and Rescue, Foley Search and Rescue. and LaFayette Dog Team.
Sheriff Cochran says the cold weather is not hampering the search, but crew members are having to wear extra gear to stay warm.
The autopsy results for 3 year old Ryan Pham have been released. The sheriff; office says the boy died of drowning and trauma.
The toddler's father who is accused of killing him and his younger siblings will be back in court Tuesday. Mobile County Sheriff Sam Cochran says Lam Luong is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
Sheriff Cochran says he still wants be to watch for anything related in this case. He specifically asks people living on the coast of Jackson County, Mississippi to report anything suspicious to call local authorities.
