The Pinellas County Sheriff's office reports that Escambia County School Superintendent Jim Paul was arrested this (Thursday) morning for misdemeanor driving under the influence.The arrest took place at 3:30 a.m. on the Courtney Campbell Causeway in Clearwater, Florida.
Deputies say they noticed a White Impala speeding and weaving and that Paul was behind the wheel.
He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail where he submitted to a breath test. According to the Sheriff's Department, Paul blew a .128 on the meter. .08 is the legal limit in Florida.
